Refund Policies

No refunds will be issued after payment. 

Damaged Products

Should you receive our products damaged, spilled or broken to the point it can not be used, contact customer service through our email portal. Describe in detail what the issue is with pictures. Our customer service department will reach out to you in 24 to 48 hours upon receiving your email to determine if  a refund will be issued. 

SHIPPING

Allow 3-5 business days to process your order. After it has been processed it will be shipped.
